Chaudhary Waqas Ali Gill is the Founder of CLIENTAKE (Proctor for the Populus).

The firm was established in 2018 with the aim of providing clients 24-hour access to high quality legal advice and representation in criminal law and civil litigation matters.

Chaudhary has also extensive experience of representing clients, particularly in relation to allegations of Possessing, Transporting Narcotics substances, controlled substances and psychotropic substances.

Ali completed his Law Degree from Mitharam Law campus, University of Sindh, and he did his master’s degree in International Law from University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, England.

Ali is currently working as a legal consultant in the reputed law firm In Stratford, London. He is our partner from London office.

Ali is also Qualified Lawyer (registered as advocate high court, in Sindh Bar Council), he Practiced as a lawyer in Karachi High court Sindh, before he went England for his master’s degree.

Ali worked with human rights organizations to protect and defend human right in Pakistan, he remained active member of Human rights commission of Pakistan, I care for youth, and Youth Parliament.

He has worked at variety of Practices including, Charities, Human rights, Private Practice and has acquired extensive experience in range of legal areas, including Property Employment, commercial law, litigation, criminal, human rights and criminal.

Muzammil Rizvi

Arsalan Arain

Intern – B.A LL.B, Hamdard University

Arsalan Arain is an intern at our firm and a dedicated B.A LL.B student at Hamdard University. He has developed a keen interest in legal drafting and legal research, showing great attention to detail and a strong understanding of procedural law.
